GEORGE FIELD ACCIDENT
On February 6, 1943, my Uncle Bob was flying an AT-10BH, #41-26652,
with training squadron #3 at George Field. He had mechanical failure
with the wheels and had to crash belly land. He never told anyone in
the family about this, probably not to worry them. Planes similar to his
